No complaints. Everything is clear! Great staff. There is something to compare. The salon is the best in Zaporozhye. I understand that Mazda is not for everybody, this post is more about the quality of service and the work of managers.

Good day to all, bought in Niko Mazda 6. Reacted very well. good without any nuances. I would especially like to thank manager Alexei for his reliability in helping. There were moments when the car did not start, he dialed to Alexei, he suggested by the symptoms what could be. I did as he said and it worked.

Обращался по отзывной компании по замене подушки безопасности пассажира и каркаса кресла водителя для автомобиля !!!2008!!!🥺 года выпуска. Все сделали на высшем уровне. Связался, через день записался, з/ч оказались в наличии 3 часа и готово! Пиропатрон заменили, кресло усилили как нужно. Персонал приветлив и профессионален. Не понятно только зачем записали на 8:45, если салон работает с 9, но это наверное поправка на "пунктуальность" некоторых граждан😄🤣

He replies quite calmly, only there are probably test cars. I say, ok, but where is it written, etc., to which of course he did not find a clear answer! Oh well, I say quickly and that's it! He began to tell me there about some kind of outfit that would cause something, well, here it started, I tell him to call and persistently. He began to shy away from his words. Ok - I’m going to the salon - I open the door, the manager or some butler meets me, I don’t know who you have there. He says - I will not serve you without maxi and no one will serve you. Ok, I say, so you’re almost without a mask here, including other clients, what kind of nonsense? he has a stupor - well, I turned around and went! I have not seen such nonsense! don’t put there, don’t go here, you can’t come here, even though you yourself can’t go there without all these masks and where the test cars are, hang up some kind of sign, or a barrier, or at least put some chips! You can look at everything on surveillance cameras in your confirmation of my words! You don’t need clients, as I understand it. I went to the nearest Toyota, parked exactly near the entrance, went in and without masks, greeted, met - recorded on the TO (even allowed to come with his). Well, RAV4 persistently and confidently offers instead of cx5 Complement by replying to your message! 1.
