I do NOT recommend buying a car here "on order". And that's why: - they took an advance payment and spent two months brainwashing with delays, logistics, "these questions are for another", -the price when ordering is not fixed, but grows along with the dollar (it seems that they are taking time for this), -Additional options have been installed for the second week already (set the alarm, screw the engine protection with 4 bolts AND BED CARPETS) and do not know the time of completion of the work. Just some kind of star! My brother has already regretted that he contacted this store "to order". And now I doubt to buy a car here, even "on availability". Now that the car has finally received, I will add, in fairness, OH WELL: -MY WOMAN GOT A GORGEOUS BOUQUET OF ROSES !!! -The seller Maxim is polite, courteous, thoroughly and at the same time, without unnecessary words and "show-off" answers all questions and gives the necessary explanations. Whether this is Maxim's natural delicacy and business approach, or acquired as a result of training for this job, I don't know, but in any case, respect him for such qualities "and respect", I have a calm, I would even say, pleasant impressions. I wanted to give my Brother a GIFT, but there are three reasons: -This is a brother, - he has a BIRTHDAY soon, -well, and the younger brother bought himself a long-awaited AND NEW CAR, and the manager Maxim gave me every support in this matter, both in technical terms, in information, and in general with advice. And it is clear that it is not he who is to blame for all these delays, but the somehow stupidly organized work of the entire chain of persons involved. The positive and even pleasant moments rightly include the following. -Maxim pleaded with the management about some compensation for the long wait and from Renault Center they PRESENTED CARPETS IN THE CAR (about 1,500 hryvnia, though it was necessary to overpay 30,000 for the waiting time, and it would be better if the price was fixed in hryvnia when buying "to order" , then it would be just as dreary to expect, but not so expensive) -Gave a branded keychain "Renault" (no options here 😉) for keys. It seems that Maxim had to unfasten the personal ones, I'm not sure, but he got it from somewhere, as it seemed to me, from his personal locker. I'm not sure here. Maybe I misunderstood something. -Maxim promised one more key fob for the second set of keys, already from the company, when he draws up a "gift certificate" (this is what I called the documents for the key fob as a gift, after all, everything is accountable in the store) when his brother comes to install the alarm. And here it is necessary to say separately about the alarm! I don’t know who sold the type of signaling to Brother, their techie or someone else, but it looks like it was something like this: they offered some kind of signaling from the "Stone Age", which needs to be installed very long and tediously which crashes into the electrical on-board network somehow "in a collective farm", with the removal of door cards, interference with wiring and insulation, which reduces reliability, increases labor intensity and operating time. Horror. Some kind of stone age. But it's not in vain that Brother works at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant! They don't take fools there. The brother comprehensively studied this issue and found quite modern versions of signaling devices that are installed easily and simply - BY PUSHING THE SIGNALING UNIT INTO A SPECIAL CONNECTOR for "one-two", HAVE THE GREATEST FUNCTIONALITY and scalability with additional blocks. I bought it. He would have installed it himself over a cup of tea in front of the garage during the break between morning jogging and winter swimming, but, damn it, according to the terms of maintaining the guarantee, the alarm must be installed in the RENAULT service center. And here again some kind of razvodilovo: The brother was first given a price of 2000 for the installation of a "complex stone age alarm" with a time consuming and time consuming installation process. And when later, already upon receiving the car, he named the type of alarm that could be plugged in and set up easily and simply "in passing", the technician at RENO-STO "drew" the price of 4500 (!) Hryvnia for him! This approach is truly "tiresome". And you can't put it yourself and at a branded service station they will rip it off like sticky for a trifling job. MAYBE THE BROTHER WILL PROVIDE CONVINCING THE MASTERS THAT SUCH JOB IS SOME (MUCH) CHEAPER.

Hello everyone, I turned to the service center for minor maintenance of my car, when removing the wheel, they broke one of the wheel bolts (I was told so) and included its cost in my bill (150 UAH) without agreeing with me, I was interested in additional problems with the car, I asked to check the front stabilizer struts, when accepting the car after the repair, they issued a certificate recommending replacing the stabilizer bushings, the stabilizer struts are normal, signed up to replace the front stabilizer bushings, after replacing (1600 UAH with work) the knock in the suspension remained the same, when paying for the work the manager forgot to provide a discount for the program * Vіk maє value *, due to which an overpayment was formed, which, due to the lack of a cash register, cannot be returned to the client, as well as the stabilizer bushing bolt was broken (I was told so) and added to the bill for another 1 hour of locksmiths robot, although the first replacement of the bushings was made at the same service 2 years ago. When I asked about the unnecessary ones, the robot was offered as compensation for free diagnostics of the chassis, after which they offered to replace the front stabilizer struts for 1500 UAH, after which, in order to avoid further unforeseen financial costs, I decided to leave this service. and try to find an alternative to all the world.

The prices are normal, the service is excellent. I give the car away and don't worry about screwing up. I calmly go home knowing that everyone will do well.

We agreed on a test drive by phone, about 10 days in advance. They signed me up, they didn't ask for any additional information and didn't warn me about anything. They said everything is fine, just come, we have added you to the schedule. When we arrived, no one had a rumor or a spirit about us. They said that we should have known who we signed up with, the previous day they should have called to remind about ourselves, to clarify whether the test car was left. As it turned out, they forgot about our recording, the test car was no longer there and they tried to pretend that we were also to blame. Half a day down the drain, the mood is ruined, a very bad impression is left by a company acting in this way
