Unsatisfactory operation of the warranty service. I will attach a photo and history later. I do not recommend contacting Subaru-Skoda. Save your nerves and time. The car in the photo, under warranty (3 years), officially answered: non-warranty case - mechanical damage. I attach a photo, judge for yourself whether the "guarantee" is right or not. A person from the Skoda premises, dressed in Skoda branded clothes, is responsible for the Subaru warranty. This worries me)))) For an objective assessment, I will say that during the car wash, a black "tsyatka" was found on one of the parts of the bumper, I aimed a "Karcher" on it and the paint flew off. The result can be seen in the photo. I contacted the Subaru service center, they sent me to the Skoda premises, that there is a manager (employee) responsible for Subaru warranty service. 02.10.20 New turn with paintwork on one of the bumper parts. Today I stopped by the car wash and hit the car with water, brought up the "Karcher" where the paint had been knocked down earlier, and all the paint flew off with ease, I attach the result in the photo. Maybe that's okay, maybe that's how it should be, I don't know. But as a user of this car, I think that it should not be so. I want to add, I don't know about the models after the 17th year, but my 2017 Subaru Outback consumes 1 liter of engine oil per 6000 km. This was seen in the range from 15,000 to 21,000 km. Now 23000 km. It will be seen further.

The most terrible service center and staff! Boorish and arrogant communication with customers, the phone says the same price upon completion of work, it changes upwards. In the process of finding out, none of the leaders of the representative office is trying to figure out why the client is not satisfied. This is very sad because such an attitude and approach to customers firstly makes us look for an alternative, and secondly you think whether you made the right choice in terms of cars.

Probably the worst decision in my life to contact a Subaru. In addition to the fact that cars from the factory come with defects (which everyone knows about but are silent or pretend that this is the norm), you will also be serviced in Skoda. A salon and Skoda service, which is nearby, is a complete trash. There is no respect for the client, nor for the cars that they serve, nor for the brand as a whole - everything is in good shape. Apparently, the Subaru is doing just fine, which can be dismissive of its obligations to maintain its machines and provide such a service.

I do not recommend it - they call the price one by phone, then it increases on the spot at work, which was not warned in advance. It was necessary to refuse at this stage, but decided to do it in vain. They put it into parts and work - came to replace one of the dipped-beam lamps, ten minutes later it turned out that the second did not work, while I tried to explain to the manager that this could not be and I checked, they said that the envelope was not working, systematically disassembling the headlamp is not on the side from which I came. Such things can be seen immediately - before the start of work. Bottom line: two working bulbs were removed (I checked that they worked half a day before arriving at this service). She refused to replace all three lamps - they took money for work on replacing these lamps. Divorce of pure water and you can’t prove anything. Despite the fact that I came to replace one of the left lamps and did not agree to replace the other two lamps on the right, they unscrewed them and presented supposedly burnt, which are full in the service, so that it was impossible to even check if they burned out, forcing to pay for these works. Super kidalovo. Who asked to get into the question there? If I had not gone to watch the car, they would have managed to spin up from behind. Well, I didn’t come with something more serious, it would have turned out that the engine had burned down and it had already been taken off - pay for a new one or at least pay for the removal work.

Subaru is a shame !!! I came to diagnose the chassis on a Subaru ... and inspection and repair takes place at a nearby Skoda dealership! Then you are invited to a car dealership Subaru give you an invoice and go pay to a nearby Skoda car dealership !!! Well, you still go to the cashier and there is no cash thrash, they can’t give a task ... shame shame shame !!! and they also scored to give a report on running diagnostics and haven’t called back yet ... shame there’s not !!!
