My RENAULT STEPWAY is 5.5 years old. I am the third owner. The car was purchased from Dnipro Autotrading in 2015. I do not know where the previous owners were serviced, but from the moment of purchase I decided not to go to garages and service stations, I came right here. And I have no regrets. When you visit, managers do not leave you with their problems. Twice a year I got to Pavlograd two service stations. One did not like the quality of the work and the prices differ from the agreed ones. On another I arrived with the problem of the box noise that appeared, to which I was told that everything is fine, this is its operating noise. In general, I went to Slabozhansky again, the managers, after two hours of diagnostics, advised me to leave the car, although they had everything scheduled and there were no places. All repairs were carried out on time (six days), communication every day, I knew the whole repair process. After repairing the car, I did not recognize, when driving home only the noise of the engine and rubber. I believe that the price for such a repair corresponds to the quality. Nothing superfluous, all acts of completion are in order. After completing the work, specialists will talk to you, explain everything, tell you how to properly operate after repair, the causes of breakdowns, what to prepare for, etc. Special thanks to managers Anton and Igor. I think in this official service all employees are in their places and correspond to their qualifications. I definitely advise everyone reading. For those guys who have doubts and understand at least a little what pitting is, I will post a photo of the bearings, which, as described above for the second service, create a normal box noise. Something like this, good luck and health to everyone. Take care and take care of your AUTO and they will save you.

I serve the car, under warranty, we installed to change the pipes under warranty. more than a month has passed. this attitude is very stimulating to service the car with the officials. Judging by your answer, you either misunderstood or you have all the same. I service your car. I have been waiting for spare parts under warranty for a month. Do you have all the spare parts coming at such a speed? the promised two weeks are already five.

I fully agree with Andrey Yurich. Service workers themselves have a good attitude towards customers. The quality of the repair is also not satisfactory yet. But paying for the service is certainly a big minus. Why not just make a card payment. In general, it's already the 21st century, at least bring your phone to the terminal and pay off in 5 seconds !!! Please pay attention to this point. Thanks for the service.
