I would not even give 1 star. Here the goddess of justice Themis is a docile old woman, blind in both eyes, deaf in both ears)). Yes, besides that, also without conscience. Several times, in different years, she appealed to this court, so what? For the first time they considered the case without me at all, without notifying in the proper way, and, despite the indisputability of the claim, they made an unfair decision. I had to appeal in another city and seek justice. The next 2 times are generally a song. It will take several months to make a "bump" here - cases were lying around with the secretaries, who, at the suggestion of the judges, shamelessly lie that they are working on the case ...
