There is no pharmacy either at the station or nearby. There is a nurse on duty, but she is not there at night either. There is no line police at the station. Taxi stand right outside the station, on the side of the bridge. The rails lie on both sides of the station, without dead ends. All platforms are low, except for the first (station), one side is called Azov, the other Sevastopol. You can go to the low platform from the end of the station. Two bridges on different sides of the station. One bridge is covered, only for pedestrians, there are staircases with ramps for wheelchairs and lifts, incl. for invalids. The second bridge is for cars and pedestrians, but you need to immediately choose the right one on which side to go up from the station, otherwise you will have to return. You can charge the gadget from the only outlet on the wall in the central hall, the train station attendant turns it on for free at your request. A loud sound signal for the blind works above the entrances to the station.

I would like to tell you about the service on the railway. station Lozovaya, because it is at the highest level! In connection with the repair of the tracks, the suburban train to Lozovaya was late and we had 4 minutes to change at the station. One call to the station attendant - and we were met and escorted to the carriage, holding the train. And we called in the middle of the night ... So I can definitely say that Lozovaya takes care of the passengers.

At the end of August 2020, there were terrible impressions of waiting for a train for 3 hours outside in the rain or standing in the ticket office! They have, you see, quarantine, they are not allowed into the waiting room! By the way, it was the only station out of 6 then visited, where passengers were not needed in FIG!
