That's horrible!!! Serves 2 people, to pick up a card you need to sit in line for at least 1.5 hours. One employee who serves customers simply cannot be caught, because he stands near the terminal and makes payments to everyone, and these payments do not end there, because people come and go and they ask everyone to help with the payment !!! And then what about the rest? Stand and watch how new people are being served and wait for at least one of the two employees to free ??? Eat more employees or service faster, but it's just chaos! Also, the bank’s working hours are such that you won’t get to them especially if you work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday the branch does not work. And it just kills the monotonous reading of the conditions of the card for the client. Or don’t read them at all or tell them, or the feeling that the robot is serving me !!! The impression of visiting is terrible!

The queues are simply huge. The staff is inept, the manager or someone from the senior is simply inadequate, constantly yelling at and humiliating someone. This is with clients, the atmosphere is sucks, if its private 24, would cease to be coined here.

Huge queues! I need a card to receive a salary, I can not take a week, I can not stand in the queue for half a day. The management needs to think about expanding the staff or opening another branch.

I faced such a problem, how to get to the bank branch? My leg is broken, it’s very difficult to climb and lower on crutches. The operator refused to go outside at the request. The lack of a ramp is a big drawback.

Excellent separation of many terminals during the work of the market is always a queue. And so after 15-00 it is possible to safely without queues to stand in the cashier or to the consultant. The girls work well are always responsive willing to help understand the terminal with operations.
