The store itself is excellent, but the service is simply obscure. For about 15 minutes I stood at the checkout, zero attention, then I already started asking to let me go, there was no reaction anyway, and so 5 times. As a result, one nervously ill, I don’t know her name, there was no badge (with dirty pink hair), she came with psychos threw my change and immediately began to run away, taking into account the fact that there was another girl behind me and wanted to pay off. I called the "sick" cashier back, she also turned to the next girl with the psychos. In addition, the price of the goods that she took did not match, the price tag was different from the value that was announced at the checkout. The girl naturally asked if everything was correct, and this crazy cashier started yelling at the whole store that the price tag was old and threw it at the girl. Bottom line: if you have a great day and mood, but you need a stationery, find another store where you will not spoil your mood and be served normally. And I wish that cashier the next dismissal! If you don't know how to work with people then stay at home!

The assortment is scarce. Sellers, girls are frostbitten. Phones are more important than buyers. With a "two by two" trading area, it is possible for at least one to greet the newcomer and respond to the questions asked. If earlier the store was a "salvation" where you can find everything you need that in Zaporozhye is not in any other, now it is an ordinary stationery store.
