For about 10 years, I have lived with recurrent back pain caused by a herniated disc. Recently, this has been added to neck pain and occasional numbness in the right arm. On the advice of friends who attended Medcord, at the end of 2020, I signed up for a rehabilitation course (12 sessions), not really hoping for a positive result. Before the first lesson - examination by a kinesitherapist with the appointment of an individual set of exercises. After the third lesson, noticeable improvements began. After the sixth lesson, the hand ceased to go numb. By the tenth, the pain in the neck and back completely disappeared. After completing the course, I received recommendations from a doctor for everyday simple exercises that I do at home every day. A month has passed since the end of the course - I live a full life. Many thanks to the physician-kinesitherapist Olga Vitalievna, the coaches-rehabilitologists who worked with me - Alena, Dmitry and Daria. Advice for those who decide to undergo a rehabilitation course - sign up for the course in advance and with one trainer so that he constantly sees the dynamics of your recovery.

In 2019, I went to the center with back and neck pain. After consulting a doctor and a diagnostic session with a rehabilitation therapist, I received an individual training program, which I studied at the center every other day. The program changes every 3-4 lessons, as the doctor conducts examinations and observes the dynamics. After the completed cycle of exercises, the pain completely disappeared and the general state of health improved. Now I continue to exercise to maintain muscle tone. From my personal experience ... The service is on stream - if you don't like you, then someone else will come. The staff is not focused on the ongoing process, constantly communicating with each other on abstract topics, as if you were not there. With every visit I got worse and worse. Despite the fact that I informed the staff about the negative dynamics, the complex of rehabilitation exercises remained the same. With the same result. Nobody cares about patient feedback. After I explained to the administrator the reason for refusing a further visit, no one else contacted me. I will not judge the professionalism of the specialists - I am not a rehabilitation therapist, but there is no customer focus and concern for reputation. Update: Received opinion from physicians, sports medicine professionals. Their conclusion: the applied methods and loads are incompatible with the existing diagnosis. Namely, with the demonstration of the diagnosis and the conclusion of the MRI, the visit to Medcord began. Do you think in 3 months someone called and apologized?

I want to sincerely thank Olga Vitalievna Skripnik and all the Medcord specialists for their restored health !!! Yes, it was our joint work with you: you professionally did your job, and I believed you and did as you taught. It sounds so simple, but this is for the first time the look is seen in a completely different way after after the third lesson you turn from a practically disabled person into a healthy person. It's just a MIRACLE !!! You are just magicians !!!!. Who does not believe, I highly recommend it, you will not regret it.

I would like to share my impressions of visiting the center. I constantly have a crunch in my joints with some movements. It seems that there is no problem as such, but I wanted to get an accurate answer from a qualified doctor and, in general, find out the state of my physical health. I signed up for a consultation at Medcord and did not regret it. Very pleasant and qualified staff, it's a pleasure to be in the center.
