I am 40 years old. Diagnosis - flat back and misalignment of the shoulders and pelvis - 2 cm. Completed a full course of rehabilitation at Avatazh (aka Evminov's center), which consisted of 3 courses of 22 lessons. The pain in the lower back disappeared quite quickly, after about 10 sessions I began to get tired less, and I also got appetite. Later I began to try to control breathing - it should be diaphragmatic, a very useful thing in itself and is needed for the correct exercise. By the end of the entire course, the imbalance became only half a centimeter, which is easier to control yourself, chest and lumbar deflection also began to appear, the tone of all muscles improved, and, in general, posture was smoother. In general, Avatazh left a pleasant impression - they literally put me on my feet, real professionals and friendly people. I will continue to study independently at home at Evminov's dispensary.
