Great place that represents good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Big negative is the very busy beach. As it is one of the few areas where the sea is shallow and calm it is popular with families from not just Arkada but other nearby hotels.

All is well until your child hooks or ruins something. Immediately or when the room is rented out, Freken Bok swoops in with conversations that it is not being washed, not washed, not repaired and demand to be refunded. And there are no prices at the reception desk, everything is from the ceiling. Mine poured tea on the mattress topper. I was told that it is not cleaned and the tea party cost 600 UAH. Although at home I wash green tea with Vanish perfectly. The mattress was not damaged. They said that the mattress was also stained. I didn't argue, but I won't go again. It's unpleasant, the attitude when renting the room is very picky. When accepting the room, the mattress topper was not shown to me - this time, the prices were not shown, this is two.

Rest on the BO Arcade is a fairy tale! A well-groomed, protected area is waiting for you; polite, tactful staff; delicious food, comfortable rooms; clean, comfortable beach. All your problems will be easily solved here. You will never forget the time spent on the Arcade! Perfect for families, even with very young children!
