It's just awful! This year the price is acceptable - 100 UAH. But the hostess says without hiding that they say, for this money, be happy with what you have. 1. There is no place to change, either in the sauna or in the toilet. 2. There is no light in the toilet, and in some places the drain does not work. 3. The pool is dirty, the bottom is not visible, the water is straight muddy green. 4. There weren't enough sun beds and they brought us out old, cracked, dirty ones, we washed them ourselves, offered to wash the staff, but for 20 UAH. 5. The staff itself is kind and helpful, but the hostess is something with something. She drives everyone and everything, when you place an order in a cafe, she interrupts directly and in front of you begins to scold the staff, who are actually trying to listen to the visitors. Guys, you'd better go somewhere else, even if you pay a little more, but the service will be much better.

Were in the Grand Palace pool in July 2020. Few people, spacious area, parking is available. But there are also disadvantages, due to which the impression, unfortunately, was negative: 1. There is no light in the toilets. None of the three found. It seems that the light was deliberately turned off so that the counters would not run. Also, the toilets don't close! 2. There is no changing room. And when our family asked where to change into bathing suits, the woman at the reception was extremely surprised. And then she took us to a room with a sofa, TV and jacuzzi. Like, the locker room is here. 3. There were enough sun loungers on the day of our visit. But many of them are very "life-worn". And on weekends, as it turned out, they are also paid. 4. You cannot enter the pool area with your own water and food. But there is no alternative as such. From the food in the cafe, we were offered sausages in dough and theoretically could make fries. 5. I didn't want to let children into the children's pool (and didn't). The water there was too dull green.
