Disgusting and frustrating attitude towards customers! I, having a personal Gold card, wanted to serve my FOP in the same bank. The specialist Nadezhda did not have clients, but she turned to me with the words "What do you want? I am busy, I have a client in an HOUR". Now I will definitely choose another bank, where there will be a human attitude towards clients.
