From communication with the manager of the bank Vladislav only positive impressions, all very quickly with all the explanations. Very professional, polite. The case was only one but indicative! The situation described below happened exactly in this department and not at all far from the writing of this comment. Description of the story: One familiar man, I needed to pay through the terminal. By the way, such transactions, she performed more than once in other departments. This time, due to incorrect operation of the terminal, the payment was not completed due to incorrect operation, but the correctness of the work was not determined even after the payment was made. And having encountered the problem, which was not solved by myself, appealed to the "personnel" among which there was an AH! 1 worker for work with individuals and 2 cashiers (for a better sense of what was happening to make timeliness - events occurred after 14.00). After describing the problem of an employee who deals with individuals, she was redirected to the cash desk to determine the availability of this payment system, but the technique did not work in favor of the client - no data for payment did not appear. When asked what to do next, she was sent to the administrator, who, as it turned out, was not at all absent from the coincidence of some waiting time. And one of the most interesting things that happened at that time is that the expectations of a person who is not at work at all at that day was not surprising to the rest of the staff. Practicing in anticipation of the absent staff, she returned to the employee who is engaged in the maintenance of individuals individuals with a repeated description of the problem on what was issued just "ingenious" solution to this problem! This is the next of the most interesting: for the return of money that could not get on the account they were thrown due to incorrect operation of the BANKING equipment, it was necessary to open their card account for them after 2-3 weeks !!! consideration of the commission on the "lawfulness" of the return and the term of 45 days !!!!!! after making the verdict of this commission, will be able to get money !!! Well, such trivial things as writing a statement, the need to have all the documents for opening an account with you and the key phrase: "You will be able to use our card in the future" only consolidated the "positive" impression of "quality and efficiency" with which the savings bank solves problems, which arose from customers due to the fault of the bank itself! The work with the branch office of this bank ended, but it did not end with the bank at all, since after a call to the hotline with the ability to solve this trouble, as none of the "huge list of solution to the problem provided by the bank employee" was not suitable, then the last chance remained. on the experienced call center operators! But even here a failure has happened ... It was a complaint, which, unexpectedly for all !!!!! hand over to the CONSIDERATION OF THE COMMISSION !!!!!!! As a result: not paid bill, return of money in uncertain determination, loss of time for unpredictable "qualification" of workers and two handfuls of spent nerves.
