Payment of the visa fee to "Idea Bank" took place in the most inconvenient way, the queue is 4 hours on the street, there is no possibility to pay via Internet banking or terminal. There is no information about the dates of registration (screen): at the box office, operating staff, the head of the department. According to this information, they were sent to another branch and to the visa center.
