Everything went well for me as I submitted the documents to them in a week or two I already had a visa, there are a lot of staff in the building who at every step say when to stand in which queue and where, they lead by the handle, about your submission time and if you do not make it on time , they set everyone the time until 11 o'clock, there is no connection with the time, everything goes in the order of the queue, and if you arrive one hour later than your time, not all is lost, although on the Internet he writes that if you are late then the docks will not accept, even if you are late for an hour. I applied for a visa three times, all quickly and efficiently, the staff is friendly. The only thing that disappointed me is that the private person is playing his cards there as well.

In the visa center no one is trying to help you, if you have a problem with the documents (especially for an extract from the Ukrainian bio passport ID,) and you took a copy and not the original, then no one will accept your documents and you will be told to come with the original at least the site does not specify that you need to have the original.
