A very beautiful hotel 🏨 tearktoria norms, but the service and staff are awful 😧 they are all not welcoming, they do not smile, they do not prompt anything. Evil faces all the time. I would even like to return, but what time you think, is it worth it. It feels like the staff isn't happy to see us at all

Disclaimer: My review is based on a confluence of negative and, in my opinion, important for the coverage of moments during my stay at Belle Royalle (12/29/01/01). In general, my family and I (wife and two children, 2.5 and 7 years old) were satisfied with the rest and nature, despite the rainy weather (in terms of the weather - there are no complaints about the hotel :)) and some of the nuances described by me below. The purpose of my vacation was rest, and not finding out and collecting all breakdowns, faults and misunderstandings. All the things described were either knocked out of my worldview or out of a common understanding of the level of little service. Room: The room is good and seems to be complete, but upon a superficial examination on the pictures of the site, during check-in, it was discovered: a broken safe, a broken lock on the front door, the absence of bulbs in the lamps, the tiles in the bathroom falling off, the watering can not working and the clogged sink. True, it should be noted that after pointing out the flaws, most of the issues (light bulbs, safe, lock) were promptly eliminated. But why wait when you will be shown a breakdown, if you can fix it in working order or in advance. Swimming pool: The child severely cut his leg on the protruding plastic part under water (the child did not run on the slippery floor and was under constant, sober supervision). There is no first aid kit in the pool, but all medicines can be bought on the spot, although the administrator will not have change. Not a single person from the staff, knowing about the situation, inquired about the child's health and did not offer at least any help. Chan: The vat is excellent, you could, however, throw a couple of branches for the scent, but as the person in charge of the vat explained: “they save money on this in the complex,” so they don’t save on nails sticking out of the doors, as a result of which an expensive jacket was torn. The same person who witnessed the cut of the jacket with a nail said in dismay: “I have nothing to do with it, I am responsible only for the vat, for the doors and nails - this is not for me”. It's a pity I didn't say to whom. A restaurant: On the last day of our stay, we learned that the breakfasts that we ordered were paid, with a perfectly working buffet nearby. On the first day, the waiter intentionally brought a menu with breakfast to choose from without informing that these breakfasts were paid. Not a word about the buffet. Imposing cottage cheese on the child, at exactly 10:00, a container with cottage cheese was taken from under the hands, referring to the time :)))) New Year's Eve. Sweet and semi-sweet sparkling, cheap vodka and cognac on the table. Brut and whiskey extra inadequate money. God forbid you to take a glass and go out with it to get some fresh air - the waiters grab your hands and pull out the glass. You can't go out with dishes - this is our rule))) The general impression of the restaurant is that we are not glad to see you why you came. The hosts and the New Year's program were great. No humor below the belt, everything is thought out and of high quality. Eco Restaurant: Everything is delicious and atmospheric, the impression is that it does not belong to the complex :) P.s. If you have Lifecell - forget about communication

We had a rest with family and friends. I really liked everything. Service, cleanliness, food are all at the highest level. Thank you Belle Royal! This is the place you want to return to.

A very nice and cozy place, the beauty of nature is complemented by the care of the territory and the addition of places and islands of rest in the form of arbors and gazebos. Despite the large number of rooms that were almost occupied, the place was quiet and not roomy ... The rooms are as comfortable, functional and comfortable as possible. The restaurant is deliciously fed. The staff are very attentive, I must mention Yaroslav, who helped create a small holiday. This is a place you will definitely want to return to
