Stop sanitary minimum, there is no communication in principle (neither from the representative of the company nor from the drivers), drivers openly grumble and shout at customers (yes, if you want to be sent openly to ... and - you are welcome !). Stops for passengers to leave at check-in - a separate horror, if you want to pull a suitcase on the gravel or swamp, stop at the edge of civilization - sincerely welcome! (although there is an asphalt area next to it for unloading passengers with suitcases, children, etc.). The function of the representative of the travel agency - the whole way to remain silent without explaining anything (neither about the country through which you travel, nor about dinners (here in general "song", dinners are not planned in the tour AT ALL !!!). People are NOT oriented in timing from the word NEVER, there is absolutely no logistics of the route. Drivers Mitrovsky Taras and Medvedev Eugene (Van Hool Bus, AO7763VO) are real cattle and booms that threaten passengers, grumble and yell at their customers. Shame, fu and a bunch of other epithets. Anna Mykolaivna, you are a separate fairy from the team, absolutely NOT professional behavior.

Rested with this company in Bulgaria, the impressions are great, the price-performance ratio is the same. The sea is super, a good hotel, 50 meters to the sea, the first line, food for every taste. Vegetables, chicken, meat and fish are always on the menu. Many thanks to Tourage and personally to Anna Nikolaevna for the rest.
