In Lutsk there are about 100 religious organizations such as churches, cathedrals, houses of prayer and all kinds of Sunday schools. People carry their blood to parasites and they continue to build their institutions with this money, and of course line up. Black hole, zero dividends. With such an asset, you could easily organize a hospital or something else useful, but ... probably people have not yet fully brainwashed.
