The location of the hotel is just amazing - just at the beginning of the slopes, and is not pricey at all. We found our room just before getting there, however we had to wait till 2pm to check in (which is normal anyway). Very clean, roomy place with receptive, nice girl receptionist, also ladies from the restaurant were very friendly and always smiley ☺️👌👌 I would only suggest them to bring a chess game to the hotel and fix the sauna temperature issue (it was so hot that we could barely stay there even with the OPEN DOOR) - that's the only reason why I give them 4*

Booked through booking.com. and instead of taking payment like every others they send me message that I didn't see to pay deposit through SWIFT ,when i arrive they say you didn't pay deposit so we not reserve room for you and left me without property on the middle of season. What is the point to use booking if all payments through international transfer are you guys sort of left behind of progress? Thanks God you don't take payments in gold or silver that you exchange for apartments. Very disappointed for all that will never back and will tell friends not to use your hotel

Customer service is very poor. No isolation , you can hear what people do next room. No kettle in the room, likely we visited in the winter time so we kept milk and food in the balcony. No conditioner, very hot in room i have to turn off a radiator. Not far from shop and R1

The photos online wanna make you go to the hotel but my family got 3 rooms and 2 of 3 rooms had no windows and the space was very limited for all the rooms. The bathroom in the room i was in had this awful smell that you had to close the door when you enter the bathroom and when you leave the bathroom. Also, the pool online looked very long and nice. However, the pool was great but not as it looked on the photo. Also, there was construction work until 12:30 at night. However, the room looked very nice with a wood wall and the beds were pretty good.
