I agree with the previous commenters! Service at a monstrous level! Frozen employee communication. The reason for the response ... firstly, the atmosphere of the department itself is a real SOVOK ... employees are emotionless and tactless, secondly ... my visit to the department was scheduled for a certain time - but it doesn't interest anyone, I will say even more amazing)) I was refused service due to system failures. There is no lighting in the lobby where the ATM is located - customers are asked to turn on the light, to which non-friendly faces have responded! I have not solved my question in the department! It's a pity that the famous bank has such a "face" thanks to the staff!
