It's just not work but leisure, why such a staff? Nobody is in a hurry, everything is slow. Lines of 4 people wait for more than an hour because only one ticket office is always open. Delirium, dismiss the elders in this department, maybe they only go around smiling and gossiping with friends. I do not recommend it to anyone.
