Complete indifference, and neither "sorry for this situation" nor a desire to help. Although I was forced to go to the ward with three children, one of whom was a young child. Shame on such fellow citizens.

It's terrible!!! So do not appreciate the time of customers only here !!! Always the queue, out of 3 offices only one works !!! Management is unable to set up the job. The design was changed, and the service as the bottom remained so !!!

The updated office is convenient and European. But the staff are not at all responsive to their customers. When the terminal did not make a payment, blocked the funds, they are not something to help, they boorishly put us out the door, to solve their problems ......

The bank is terrible, private is 100 times easier. And it is more convenient when it comes to money management.
