Surprising amount of negative recalls. Yesterday I came to ask for a visa fee. There was no queue at all, consulted, suggested insurance. The next morning I came to pay. The queue really was, apparently everyone wanted to pay before work. The cashier served in 16 minutes - visa fee + insurance. I consider this a good result considering the amount of data entered and the accuracy of filling.
