Not bad bank. Place for clients with childrens is availabile here. Service is average. So long (above 0.5h) waiting for getting payment card (documents preparation and signing). It's too much. But it's not because people that working here are slowly, very difficult procedure from system side, as for me.

A good bank with a modern interior and qualified staff. The advantage is convenient location. Usually crowded.
