The work itself was done quickly, but they did not tighten the generator belt enough, a terrible whistle appeared when driving, I had to call the service again, they also eliminated it quickly, I hope with good quality. I am not satisfied with the service at all. I had a problem with all-wheel drive on Hyundai Tucson, the all-wheel drive light began to blink and the drive stopped working. Several friends read the computer and did not see the problem. I think I’ll go to the official service. I arrived on the Nemirovskoe highway with a luxury car. I was offered to do computer diagnostics, plus they hung the chassis diagnostics and car wash, although I only needed computer diagnostics. As a result, I was not allowed to diagnose and what happened to the car was not known. The receiver came out and issued a verdict on the chassis and said that there was a problem with the clutch, you need to remove and restore in Kiev for 10,000 UAH. or put another used price is the same. In general, I found a used coupling for 2,000 UAH. and offered them to put it. the price of work was 450 UAH. I agreed, but it still turns out Unscrew the cardan for another 650 UAH. Well, I refused and put the clutch on another service for 400 UAH. Apparently they did not need to remove the cardan. And on the chassis in this service they made diagnostics and half of the parts to Some of them said to change on the Hyundai service, turned out to be normal. And they do not need to be changed. So I changed the clutch and the problem did not go away, the light blinks and the drive does not work. I wanted to go back to the Hyundai service, but I looked on the Internet for a little information and decided to look at the fuses. And I pulled out the fuse 35 in the count, it was intact, inserted it back and it all worked. The all-wheel drive lamp went out and when the 4wd button was turned on, the rear-wheel drive turned on. I'm going to the Hyundai service, I ask why I paid 520 UAH (this is a fee for computer diagnostics and diagnostics of the chassis + car wash). And why did I buy another clutch if it was not about the clutch. And if I repaired my clutch with them or they would put me a used one for 9500 (for this amount they offered me) it is another 10000 UAH in general I offered them to return the money for the diagnostics, which they did not perform well, because the problem was not in the clutch, but in the electrical part. As a result, no money was returned and did not even apologize for the incompetent with As a result, I have a spare clutch, (though for 2000 UAH, and not for 9500 as the service was not offered at Hyundai) 400 for replacing the clutch and 520 for diagnostics, which did not give any result. Here's a Hyundai service, licensed and certified. I do not advise you to go to them, it makes no sense to pay money down the drain. And most importantly, wasted time and nerves. That's it. And try to delete the comment. This is already to the service staff.
