I accidentally dropped and broke the wooden frame from my grandfather's watch, I was very sad to realize that now I need to throw out the thing that belonged to a loved one. I didn't even believe that it would be possible to fix it, but decided to try to give it back for restoration. For a very long time I was looking for a master who would take up the work, on the recommendation of friends I turned to Alexander. To be honest, I didn’t believe that something could be done with a clock, the frame of which was simply broken into pieces (there is a rather delicate woodcarving, handmade). To my surprise, I did not find traces of gluing on the first try, and then only on the back of the frame. I don't know how, but the watch looks better than it did before I dropped it (all small parts were sanded and re-varnished).
