the place looks really good, rooms are comfy and nice. it's pretty close to the most popular and interesting hiking routes. the hotel itself is organising guided tours: bus tours, hiking tours with different levels of complexity. their guides are very good and the stuff is well trained, kind and open. the food is good, homemade, nothing fancy. we had a week there and gained a lot of beautiful memories and made some connections with other guests. they totally deserve 5 stars,I'm thinking to go again. P. S. they are offering to all guests which are there for the first time a 30% discount card for the next stay. P. S.S. one minus is that they don't have any english tours for international guests (only ukranian).
