Booked on Booking.com. the direction from the site were completely wrong. This hotel is not at 600m from the train station of Vorokhta but 3km. The hotel didn't really bother to recognize that the information was misleading. There was no dinner available at 7pm. The room was ok ..single duvet instead of a 2 places duvet. The breakfast was ok also no coffee , had to buy it as extra.

Cozy place for very reasonable price. Delicious food (breakfast and dinner included into the hotel's price). Free transfer to the ski lifts and some other excursions.

Great service, vayfay for free, good excursion program, Transfer to Bukovel twice a day, helpful staff, excursion program to choose from

First criticism: upon arrival there were problems with heating in the room (12 - 17 degrees) and froze at night, after talking with the director (in the 1st building) the situation improved. The second moment, subjectively, the evening animation (in winter) is a bit strange - it lasts 2 hours, but outside, and in the evening the temperature drops and any desire to watch something disappears because it's cold, especially after skiing or hiking, when you want to warm up. In general, the service corresponds to 3 *, the room is clean, the towels are changed, there is cleaning, the administrators coordinate, the bar and the dining room work like clockwork, the food is simple, high-quality, varied and a lot, the coordination of excursions without interruptions, in principle, the high professionalism of all the staff, to relax in Vorokhta is a very good option for me.

In Vorokhta 365 we have a rest with family and friends for the third time. We choose this building because we love silence. If during the day of excursions and skiing there was not enough drive - you can take a bus to the evening animation. Attentive staff, cooks. Everything is at the highest level, as in all 365 complexes
