St. Mary's Wooden Church Dmitry, the oldest temple in the Ternopil region. Built in Volyn in the 15th century, where it has stood for 200 years. Brought to Kidanka in the XVII century. The date of the erection of the temple in Kidanci is considered to be the year 1647, which is the date of the Gospel, which is preserved to this day. Until the middle of the seventeenth century, the church was located on the rocks of Kydanets, where there was also a village, which was moved to a lowland, to protect against the attacks of the Tatars. The church has not undergone any architectural changes since then. Only the shingle that covered the temple was replaced with a metal roof. The church is an example of Volyn Orthodox architecture, without the influence of the Muscovite church. Classically three-part, three-toothed, one-topped. Consists of a grandmother, a nave and an altar. The perimeter of the church has a girdle. To the right of the back is an annex that appeared later. Nearby is an authentic two-tiered wooden bell tower.
