Kremenets Botanical Garden. Founded in 1806 by Irishman Dionysius McClear, who came to the city at the invitation of the founder of a local gymnasium. Since 1809, the director of the garden was Willibald Besser, who studied the local flora and published a catalog of garden exhibits.
