I have no idea about others but with me the staff was always polite welcoming and curious to know where I am going and from where I am. You can pay by cash OR cc. They will give you ticket with platform number and time of bus. Experience in bus is bad.. Most of the time people dont sit on the places they are assigned on ticket and you might suffer because of that. Driver don't seem to care at all. BATTER TO BUY TICKET INSIDE RATHER THAN PAYING DRIVER .

There's not much to say about a bus ticket service. This one is not an exception. The staff is not always nice but generally OK. And the looping loud ads in the waiting room is really annoying.
