Church of St. Anna

Absolutely gorgeous view

I was very impressed by the church, not quite noticeable, but worth a visit.

One of the most beautiful churches on the way from Thermopyla to Chernivtsi. A church with a soul and a past. Every time I meet a church that is neglected and damaged, I feel that I can see what the previous generation felt in it. Moreover, a bit of nostalgia for what it was and how faith was without a generation. Once it is repaired, it will be beautiful, but the soul of the soul will disappear irretrievably.

The church was erected on the project of a local resident, architect, historian, professor of Lviv Polytechnic Jan Karol Zubzhitsky - Sas (1860-1935). The church is located on the site of a monastery founded by Roman Catholics in 1717.
