Today we bought a phone Samsung A30 asked to set it up (paid for it) because it lasted more than an hour, so we left the store for a few minutes, when we returned, the phone was already with settings and in a case, we picked it up (thanked the seller-consultant) already when we arrived home, we removed the case and saw that there was a deep scratch on the phone under the case, when I pressed a little glass next to it, it turned into a cobweb ... From this store we live 30 kilometers. When we were offered a guarantee for a telephone 600 UAH . for a year, we refused, now the question is, WILL WE BE ABLE TO REPLACE THIS PHONE? since the price for everything was decent for me 7000 UAH. The seller Angelica served us.
