Good bus station with helpful and knowledgable stuff. There is also several places in the area where you can buy some snacks/drinks. WC is present, but have no idea about quality of its service.

Customer service and behavior are low, employees are rude, answer questions rudely, may be rude and hang up when the conversation is not over. In my opinion, this is unacceptable behavior of an employee in such an area. Horror...
