I came to the office to change the currency. I went straight to the cashier. In a good mood, he greeted the cashier, to which she simply kept silent. He said he wanted to change the currency. I waited while she went about her business for a couple of minutes. After that, it turned out that I did not have a coupon (which I should have guessed initially, it's good that there was no one behind me). I took a ticket in the hall in the terminal. I was rudely warned that my bills were crumpled, so it is not a fact that the machine would accept them. But, lo and behold, everything worked out and the currency was changed for me. As a result, neither thank you, nor goodbye, I just didn't want to say. I like the bank, in general, but this kind of attitude with clients, which I am, is depressing. Work with your employees, please, as their work directly affects the bank's image.

No toll free hotlines in 2021! The only branch in the city, from here there are kilometer-long queues, you have to take a queue on the street.

They stood up for a long time and in the end they also refused to pay, they couldn't see them with a card. Why do you need a terminal at the checkout? 🤦

I learned about the overpayment by installments, I still do not understand how it was formed, but not the point ... I contacted the bank, they said to come to the office with documents and write a statement. I did it, now after three days come and come back to the specialist, he will send you to the cashier for money. Spent an hour of time, sat in the queue and left without solving the issue, the queue does not move in order, but at the discretion of the “specialist”, the nerves can’t stand it, and it’s very long served. And all this during quarantine. The first time I had to turn, God forbid, still have to deal with such "professionals."
