Recently borrowed goods through A Bank. A bank employee spoke to me very politely. Everything was clearly explained. So far, so good. Let's see how the service will be carried out next! So far 5 out of 5.

Of the three branches of A-bank, with which I know personally, the office on Shevchenko Street is more pleasant than others. Despite the fact that bank employees change quite often, the quality of service remains at a high level.

The department has competent staff and excellent cashiers, now Alina is attentive, polite

Absolutely awful customer service !! I stood in line at the cashier for over an hour and a half! This despite the fact that there were only 4 people in front of me. The cashier is terribly slow and unprofessional.

At the checkout they served quickly, efficiently, politely. All perfectly!
