Hotel Royal

A bit specific design for me, but really clean and fresh rooms, nice staff and great breakfast!

Great rooms, great breakfast, and great staff - very reasonable rates.

Just correct.

Pros: Friendly staff. Payment by card. Closeness to the center. Clean high quality bedding. Two pillows per person. Kettle in the room. There are bathrobes. There are glasses for champagne, whiskey, cups for tea. Minuses: The hotel sign should be put a little earlier than the arrival, the navigator does not immediately show the turn and plus the arrival itself is completely broken and it is not clear what kind of holes there are under a deep puddle. The parking is very small, for 5-6 cars. Most of the places are occupied by guests who live in a hotel or people who come to the tennis club. Poor insulation. The door to the room is not tight and at night you can see the light from the corridor. There is no hanger at the entrance; outerwear must be put on the sofa at the entrance or carried across the room to the closet near the crib. The TV is not installed very well, if you can't see it while sitting in the jacuzzi, you had to hang it over the table on a retractable bracket so that it was closer to the bed and could be seen from the jacuzzi. Could give a small jar of bubble bath in the jacuzzi. The sofa in the hallway near the TV has already peeled off. Near the jacuzzi, the metal edging and its corner closer to the bed is pointed and sticks out. If you are without socks or slippers, you can cut yourself well. Smoking is prohibited in the room, but as you can see from the photo someone is doing it and the curtains are gone. On the first day of check-in, it was clear that the floors had not been washed for a very long time and all the socks immediately turned black. Perhaps this is due to the lockdown and low demand, but one could have seen that the room was booked to go in and rinse. The building itself can be found on the territory of garages and generally looks like a former administrative building of some kind of factory. The view from the window is not very good, peeing guys near the garages are commonplace.

Good hotel. Stayed in a deluxe room. Clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite and friendly. Tasty breakfast. Of the shortcomings, I would like to note a terrible mattress, which is long overdue to replace. We wish the hotel prosperity and more grateful clients.
