Summer, heat, quarantine! And the waiting room is closed, but despite this, people gather in crowds in the building (where they sell tickets) to avoid heat. I put 1 point for your employees not observing the mask regime, which is mandatory!

The bus station is in a crowded place, it is visible. But there is no place to hide from the rain on the platform, and it is unclear where the toilet is.
