In a week I signed up for the service for diagnostics of the opel vectra 1,8i engine (manufactured in 1992) on December 11, 2020 (I waited for a whole week). The reason: increase in level of oil in the engine. Two managers assured me that one hundred will provide engine diagnostics and perform the necessary repairs. At the appointed time, the car arrived for service. Arrival documents were prepared for repair, but based on the results of a visual inspection of the engine before the arrival of the car, one of the employees decided to refuse service in further service. The verdict was announced: the engine on the Opel is very old, they do not service it. For me then it is not clear what service managers operated? The confidence of the managers about the repair of the car significantly inspired me. I was confident in the professionalism of the receiving managers. Secondly, OPEL has never limited the service of its cars by years of manufacture both in Ukraine and abroad. It turns out that Poltava OPEL ignores the general strategy of OPEL Corporation! Because the decision to service a car is made through the human factor of one person. Or it speaks of the possibly low professionalism of employees repairmen. This is my impression left after the visit to Poltava OPEL! Next you decide. Thank you
