As for me, for the salon such a level, a brand, as Skoda is too slow to solve this kind of issue ... (((I'm served by you, but here is such a simple, as if a very simple moment, which in my opinion should not arise on the services of your level for leaves very unpleasant impressions and misunderstanding why such an attitude ...

This is what the low-end car dealers do in the bazaar, but it should not be done by an official dealer. Further, the following: they indicated the price of a Skoda Karoq car of 629,000 hryvnia, you call them to find out, it turns out that there is no such price, but there is a price of 6,000 hryvnia more, he asked why: the manager replied that the dollar rate had grown. Why didn't the dollar rate rise in Nissan? And he grew up nowhere else, but only in the Skoda salon? Further: then it turned out that there were no cars for both 629,000 hryvnia and 635,000 each, but there was only 666,000, and there was no loan at 7% either, but there was at 9.5%, in fact this is already a fraud. This approach to sales is forgivable to a car dealer from the market, but not to an official dealer. They violate corporate ethics and dump prices, indicating prices they are not going to sell at. It is dishonorable in relation to other market participants, but for them it is the norm to do so. Why doesn't the Nissan salon do this? Are they dumber and worse than Skoda? Obviously not. They just have a concept of what decency is. And Skoda does not understand that it is dishonest to act as they do. Why indicate the price in the price list, that the car is in stock, and then say that it is more expensive, and that you need to wait 65 calendar days? What does it look like? If they write the price, then they must adhere to this price, this is not a poor organization, why do they behave like rogue? Let them change prices in price lists every day, they have hundreds of managers, and this is their job. So far, what I saw is this bestial attitude towards the buyer. This could be done if there was no Internet, and potential buyers did not have the opportunity to write truthful and detailed reviews. But now there is the Internet, and their methods of divorcing suckers are outdated in principle, and if they do this, then they are suckers, and not their clients. They were stuck in the nineties, with their own methods of work, now no one works like that, from decent dealers. If they try to deceive the client at the earliest stage, then what will happen next? When will a person buy a car from them? Warranty disclaimers may exist. If they cannot guarantee the price they have on their website, what will happen after the purchase? It’s not fair to do that, and they should know about it.
