Repeatedly used the services. The first time flew well. The second time a little disappointed with the hotel. But here, rather, our fault, did not find out more about it. They told our agent about our experience - I hope they will be less actively advising her to other tourists.

Do you want to spoil your vacation and "shake" your nerves? Welcome to Join Up! Twice booked a tour for early booking and twice there were problems. For the first time 2 weeks before the trip they were forced to buy another hotel for the same price worse than the previous one (because the prices rose, and it was the peak of the season), because they did not agree with the hotel on time and did not pay for our seats. The second - from our agreed date was postponed to another, because they canceled flights that day. I really wanted to go on vacation, okay, we agreed, and later as it turned out, there were no new places in our hotel. I had to give up housing and look for it myself. Question: what x *** do you use your clients' money for 2 months, and then you spoil their nerves and do not provide normal rest. That was the last time we spoke to you. I guarantee you crazy anti-advertising.

It is here that real professionals work who carefully approach the wishes of the tourist. I was available and understandably explained the questions I was interested in, oriented on the cost of the tour, told about all the advantages and without hiding talked about the shortcomings, if there were such in the hotel. Immediately it is clear that workers are worried about their tourists. I recommend!

I came to JoinUP to buy an air ticket to Indonesia. I hoped that this tour operator will help me in buying an air ticket at a better price. But in the end I was offered a price 1.5 times more than on the Internet! Apparently even not particularly bothering with the search! But more than that I was amazed by the familiarity of the agency employee, who on the second call turned to YOU! despite the fact that I addressed her to you! I do not recommend contacting this company!
