Very nice staff with a professional approach. Many countries and hotels have been in person, so they can advise and tell all the nuances of both hotels and the infrastructure around. Choose a tour to any pocket. We travel with them for several years, all the time we were satisfied. Pleasantly surprising concern after the sale of the tour, in contrast to the network companies. A couple of hours after arriving on vacation, a call comes in asking “How did you get there, were there any problems with customs, are there any questions regarding the hotel, are you comfortable with the room”, etc. Recommend!
