Although it has been almost two years since we used the services of Coral Travel agency on Prospekt Mira, the sediment from their poor quality services remained so bitter that I wanted to leave a response despite the limitation period. They were looking for a tour on their wedding anniversary (mid-September), decided to visit the UAE, contacted Coral Travel for help in choosing a tour, and since the tour was chosen and paid right on the spot, we completely trusted the information provided by the travel agent Natalia. We said that we are interested in seeing Dubai and some beach vacations. We were advised by the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Like a good hotel for family vacations and "just 15 minutes by taxi to Dubai on their good roads and inexpensive taxis", but in reality it turned out to be not as told. It takes 1.5 hours from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah, the hotel is not bad, but the beach is bulk from it, it feels like bathing somewhere in Zaporozhye, because from all sides you can see the road, not the expanses of the Persian Gulf. In Dubai, the bus ran only twice a day, and taking into account the time for the road, it was possible to spend only 8 hours there, which is very small for such a city. Bus and taxi are not cheap, often do not ride. As a result, we didn’t really see Dubai and didn’t get any pleasure from the beach. Also, we forgot to say right away that a deposit of 200 dirhams is a prerequisite at the hotel. They told us about it before the flight, but like, if you want, you can’t leave it. But upon arrival at the hotel at 5 am with a two-year-old child in our arms we were not checked into the room until we left a deposit (for us it was not planned and quite a small amount at that time). The information provided and the organization of the tour from this agency, we were very unhappy. The issuance of documents for the tour, also another story, had to constantly call, write, find out when they deign to give us documents for the tour, provide information about the departure and the like. We have not encountered such an attitude in any agency yet.

Never work with this agency, people are thrown at grandmothers, they take money for the tour, they do not send anything! The owner Tishchenko Mikhail Alexandrovich declared himself bankrupt, money will not be returned to anyone !!!! In this period, continues to work, it has already written three applications, but as usual, complete inaction and impunity !!!!
