It's more like a European standard buses in the same price the other companies offer and buses are very clean , relaxing and they have WiFi ,,Toilet,, and some meal options within the bus.. going far Choose this company..

The Service is good and the staff is really helpful. It has a nice waiting area, a special area for kids to play and a washroom. The problem I had faced is that, only 1 of the staff speaks English, so one who is not proficient in Russian might find it difficult in getting to know details.

Not terrible but the place could use some cleaning, especially in the restrooms (which cost 4uah to use). A lot of places to grab a bite before getting on your bus.

The two stars are only for young people who work inside this bus station and a woman who works on other side of bus station who helped me to get me home , after some people had stollen my phone in a tram, cuz i looked more like a Turkish person than Serbian. The issue with this company i had was the service. From Varna(BG) to Odesa(UA) there was no break time for(wc, smoking, to stretch you legs)i have travelled for 17h, the female clerk know basic English,but when you ask more questions she just say my english no good. The other passenger are not very polite either.

It is a pity that there is no minus 10 !!!!! The ticket has been canceled without my notice. Because of this, I was late for work.
