This car rental must be operated by criminals. I had rented a car to pick up in "Downtown" Odessa, notice no address - just "Downtown" and for me it's similar with a district. But it was confirmed by mail that it was "Downtown" Odessa and Not the Airport. So the day before I should pick up the car I took a walk in the neighborhood surrounding in Odessa Downtown to find this pick up station and found nothing at the train station, busterminals Privoz shopping area and nearby and found nothing. So I mailed the company and suggested the company to deliver the car to my hotel and do any one imagine that that happened - of course not! - But I lost 100 €uro, Budget in Odessa - Ukraine is operated by thugs, the same kind of thugs as hosting the airport and call themselves taxidrivers.
