Large branch of the bank, but the attitude towards customers is swine. Workers sit damn, knows what they do, do not pay any attention to the queue. Work time is very inappropriate, on weekdays from 9 to 6 pm, lunch from 1 to 2. It is not convenient.

The complete idiocy. You cannot contact a live operator for information. The machine cannot provide me with the information I need. And what? Run to look for the nearest branch to find out what interests me? Anachronism. Everything is done in order to alienate potential customers. I would not recommend use this bank to anyone
