In this branch of the bank, my mother always pays for utilities. She is an elderly person and can not always cope with all receipts and payments. But the bank's employees always help her in a friendly manner, enter her position. All the consultant girls are friendly and polite. Such an attitude towards customers is now very rare.

Calling is unrealistic, and if they pick up the phone, they say that they will now connect with the right manager, hang on the phone for 15 minutes, and they just turn you off.
