I have been a client of Predvedenny Bank for 7 years .. I visit the branch which is only located on Dalnitskaya 11. But this was the first time I had experienced such a rude attitude towards the bank's customers. Came back on Friday to do a swift translation. They said they said it was too late, come on Monday from 10 o’clock in the afternoon .. came on Monday. Come after lunch, or to another manager. I came to another manager for working with clients, they said, I need confirmation of any documents that your money on the account .. also refused in short .. the only manager who took up the swift transfer was Oksana Belitskaya. He sits at the second table .. the most adequate, polite manager, to whom many thanks for the help .. For the first table and third I do not recommend sitting down .. only for the second .. because you will experience rude relationships .. wait for now, they will answer someone in Weiber etc. .. Pivdenny Bank management, it’s time to go to a new level .. you are 10 years behind .. .. I’ve been using your services for a long time .. but apparently, you will soon have to change the bank .. unfortunately ..

I contacted this department to reissue the deposit. There were a lot of visitors and I had to sit in line, but the conditions there are quite comfortable: soft seats and air not too dry. The manager served me pretty quickly.
