Awful department !!!! In particular, the head of the department, Anna Petrovna Kolesnikova, is an irresponsible and dishonest person, an employee. He does not want to decide anything, does not communicate with clients, but only sends managers to answer with some excuses like "she is not there", "she is ill" and so on. Because of Kolesnikova A.P. our question with the contract dragged on for a week, as a result, she never did anything that was in her responsibilities. And when she is not there, the work of the department simply WORKS because there is not a single person who can solve issues instead of her. Horror!

Terrible service if you enter from Lanzheron's side. Two girls are sitting at the reception, they cannot really explain anything, and if they do it, then with such arrogance, disgusting. They also laughed at us when we left.

I do not advise anyone to contact this bank and come to this branch in particular. The person in charge of the service is incompetent in solving easy tasks and questions. Igor is just furniture in the department. The person in charge of the service asks the manager if it is possible to issue money at the cash desk without the TIN code. As for me, it is not clear what he is doing there.
